- Support of the national sales partners in day-to-day business
- Developing the dealer network and existing dealers in the sales territory
- Developing the Weidemann brand in all target sectors
- Conducting quarterly and annual meetings
- Ongoing market analysis and implementation of market strategies
- Supporting machine testing and development for the market
- Support of national marketing in the form of trade fairs, open days at dealers' premises in cooperation with the central marketing department
- Management and control of the national budget
- Support of ancillary activities such as logistics, order processing and planning in coordination with the respective departments in Korbach
Ihr Profil:
- Degree in agronomy or engineering or comparable training
- Strong market knowledge
- Good experience in the agricultural or construction machinery sector
- Customer focused, problem-solving oriented and interested in developing dealers
- Analytical, structural thinking skills and entrepreneur mindset
- Business fluent in English and Swedish, German an advantage
- Willing to travel domestic and sometimes abroad
